– Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and older.
– Employees MJR Presents, Contractors, related agencies or members of immediate family (“Immediate family” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, siblings (whether natural or adopted by a parent) are ineligible to enter this competition
– Any costs associated with entering remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
– The competition commences 10:00am (AEST) Saturday 1stDecember 2018 and closes on 5:00pm AEST on Wednesday 12thDecember 2018.
– Entries will be deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
– Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
– Winners are responsible for their own transport to and from event.
– Winners will be notified by a comment on the Summer Series Facebook Page at 5pm (AEST) daily throughout the period of the competition.
– MJR Presents will contact each winner to confirm how to claim their prize.
– Whilst best efforts will be made to contact the winners, in the event that for any reason the winners cannot be notified after reasonable attempts, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
– By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
