Venue Upgrade Notice
Due to overwhelming demand, this show has been moved to a larger capacity venue and will now be taking place at Town Beach Reserve. All other details remain the same (date, lineup and running times), just the venue change to make room for more fans to join in on the fun!
Fresh off the back of their five ARIA 2016 nominations, several laps of the globe including headline festival appearances in Australia, RÜFÜS have today announced an expansive 13 date regional tour of Australia, The Full Bloom Tour. This summer RÜFÜS will be hitting the road, stopping for shows in regional destinations previously missed during their sold out Australian tour in May this year. The Full Bloom Tour marks the one-year anniversary of their #1 gold accredited album Bloom, and will be the last chance for Australian audiences to see the band live before they take time off the touring circuit to start work on their next album.
The tour kicks off at Nightquarter on the Gold Coast on January 20, moving through Sunshine Coast, Wollongong, Newcastle, Wodonga, Geelong, Margaret River, Rottnest Island, Canberra, Port Macquarie, Cairns, Townsville, and wrapping up at Magnums at Airlie Beach on February 26, 2017.
RÜFÜS are thrilled to be heading out on The Full Bloom regional tour, bringing the stellar live show to audiences that may have never witnessed the group live before. After much of 2016 being spent abroad, playing coveted slots at Coachella, Lollapalooza, Outsidelands and Red Rocks in Colorado, the band are excited to be spending summer back home in Australia, as Lindqvist enthuses, “We’ve been talking about doing a full summer tour of Australia for such a long time, but have never found the right time for it until now. Spending the Australian summer out on the road with friends playing in all these beautiful places – half of which we’ve never been to… it’s something that’s really exciting. We’ve got a healthy mix of outdoor shows in this run to try to take advantage of those summer nights.”
The Innerbloom remix pack drops this Friday, featuring the Hype Machine #1 Lane remix, as well as the festival favourite remix by What So Not. Keep an eye out for the upcoming full length video for Innerbloom, directed by long time RÜFÜS collaborator, Katzki, alongside renowned Australian artist Jack Vanzet.

OCEAN COLOUR SCENE – The Moseley Shoals Tour Australia 2016
Ocean Colour Scene are heading to our shores for their first ever Australian tour in the 25 year history of the band.
The Ocean Colour Scene story is already the stuff of legend; a rip-roaring rock’n’folk odyssey set to a backdrop of pop culture at its very best.
In their 25 year existence Ocean Colour Scene have notched up many memorable moments commencing with 1996’s smash hit The Riverboat Song and in the decades that followed releasing ten albums, including the top-selling, Moseley Shoals – ‘96, Marchin’ Already – ‘97 and One From The Modern – ’99.
From their days as Breton-shirt wearing disciples of The Stone Roses to transforming into million-selling Britpop stars (Marchin’ Already bumped Oasis’ What’s the Story from the top spot in 1997) and also becoming long-term touring allies with Paul Weller, their story is inseparable from the greats of modern British rock.
February 2016 will see Ocean Colour Scene performing The Moseley Shoals Tour where they will perform the album from start to finish, along with their other greatest hits.

Bluesfest Touring and S4 Productions have teamed up to bring you two MASSIVE shows featuring the one and only, Michael Franti & Speahead.
Michael Franti will be embarking on a massive tour around his Bluesfest performance with his band Spearhead, Bluesfest Festival Director, Peter Noble says; “A Michael Franti & Spearhead concert is spiritual – it’s physical – it’s about life and loving life – it’s such a wonderful experience. We welcome Michael Franti & Spearhead back for an Australian tour for the second time in 2 years simply because – you can’t get enough of the best!”
“If there is one thing you do in this life: see Michael Franti!” Scenestr. There are some great live artists in the world whose performances really stamp themselves on your memory and they
don’t get much more memorable than Michael Franti & Spearhead.
One of the most positive and conscious artists in music today, Michael Franti’s musical journey started with his Punk and Hip-Hop beginnings in his bands ‘Beatings’ and ‘The Disposable Heroes of HipHoprisy’ (who toured with U2 and Public Enemy). Although Franti’s sound has changed over time, he aims to make music that will stay relevant.
Singer, songwriter, guitarist and philanthropist, Franti knows all about the power of music, along with his band Spearhead they have earned a reputation for the communal spirit they create with their extraordinary live shows and festival performances over the years have been no exception.
The founder of the Do It For Love Foundation brings pleasure to many by gifting people who are living with advanced stages of life – threatening illnesses live concert and ‘meet & greet’ experiences… don’t miss another series of uplifting, soulful experiences courtesy of Michael Franti & Spearhead nationally in 2015!

Hawaii-based singer/guitarist/songwriter Donavon Frankenreiter will be undertaking a gigantic 17 date tour around his Bluesfest appearance.
An accomplished musician, surfer, and renowned for his iconic moustache and quick-witted humour, Frankenreiter’s tour will be focusing on the great surf towns of the country and regional Australia, anticipating a richer experience of people and place than the standard capital-city run that most international acts stick to.
The Australian Top 40 favourite will be performing material from his fifth full-length album Start Livin’ as well as old fan favourites. The follow-up to 2010’s popular ‘Glow’ is a selection of folk-infused songs that sweetly showcase Frankenreiter’s rich, honey-thick vocals and masterful guitar work. Start Livin’ bears all the intimacy of an impromptu back-porch performance and the tenderness of a treasured love letter, but also has a feel-good, up-tempo vibe throughout, including the title track that calls the listener to celebrate the moment.
We can’t think of a better guiding light for a live music experience and fans of his infectious, acoustic tunes will have plenty of opportunities to see him. This is sure to be one of the feel-good highlights of 2015 live music.
